I don't go home when dropping off my car, I wait as retired so my time is my own. I get updates while waiting and there is coffee if you want it. At the end of the service or MOT the car is valeted. Oh almost forgot, the waiting area is clean.

I was extremely dissatisfied. I had to do a repair and when I asked what will happen if by any chance I get the same fault coming back a few days later I was told that I am asking for him to answer something that hasn't happened yet.Very disappointed

I was not satisfied with the car cleaning after the service. I attach great importance to the cleanliness of the running board in the car, but when I collect the car, they delivered it with shoes stepped on and very dirty.

In the main I have a great service here but recently my services record has not been updated in the car - which is the second time - meaning and inconvienienr return to the dealer.

The engine cover grommets weren't fixed, I checked in the yard and told my service manager who quickly sorted it out. Car was still burning oil on way home. Matthew was extremely helpful and arranged a courtesy car to be delivered the following day.

Only criticism is the car parking at the service centre. It's way too small for the quantity of vehicles on site. I also think it would be good to have a 'drop off/pick up' check as I'm always concerned about my car getting hit/dinged in there

I dropped my BMW at 8:30 am. There was not a lot of people. Was told needed to collect my car before 1 pm. As I did not receive a call I arrived at 12:30 pm. My car had not even been touch. I was told this was due to a lot of people being booked in.
